File a Warranty/Repair Claim

Follow the steps below to file a warranty repair claim

Step One:

Open the DJI Smartfarm App on Your Device.

Step Two:

Go to Devices and Select "Repair Service" Under the Device that you wish to Initiate the Claim.

Step Three:

Click the Green Button "Request Repair"

Upload all the required information. If this is a warranty, include that in the description. When you sed the drone to us we can confirm that the issue is under warranty.

Step Four:

Under "Service Center" select TerraXplore and submit your claim. You are responsible for shipping your drone to the service center.
